Key Holding

Sometimes you just need the peace of mind knowing that if an emergency arises, there is a way to get a key to a trusted friend or business. We'll securely hold your key and only provide it to others with your permission.

Supervised 3rd Party Entry

If you are having work done or taking delivery of items, we can meet your party and allow them entry to your property without giving them unsupervised access. We will wait while any work is performed and lock up when everything is completed.

Home Visitations

Do you want someone to check on your property while you are away? We can have one of our agents visit once a month or once a week while you are gone. We'll check for any problems or anything that looks amiss and notify you. This can be offered as an exterior only or also an interior visit. We can also send you photos of our visit.

Mail and Package Forwarding Service

An overflowing mailbox is a sure sign of an absent owner. Let us empty its contents for you and remove packages fliers, or papers that are left on the doorstep. We can take the mail inside your home or bring it to our office to be forwarded to your location.

Damage Assessments with Photos

Did a storm or flood come through your neighborhood and you need someone to determine if there was any damage to your property. Our team will visit and provide you with pictures of any fallen trees, broken windows, gutter, roof, or flood damage. We can even help coordinate repairs with insurance agents and contractors on your behalf.

Break-In / Alarm Reset

One of the worst feelings is to receive a call from your alarm company or a neighbor informing you that your home has been been subjected to a break in and you have no ability to return in a timely manner. We can be onsite to meet with police, reset your alarm, and work with contractors to help secure your home.

Vehicle Startup

Vehicles that sit idle for months can start to have corrosion issues, dry rot, and become troublesome upon your return. Starting and running your vehicle will help keep it in tip top running condition.

Plumbing Refresh

The water in your pipes becomes stagnant, and your traps can evaporate allowing sewer gas to enter your home. Allow us to periodically run the water in your sinks and drains to keep them fresh and full.

Plant Watering

If you have plants like Ficus, Ivy or Cactus that require occasional waterings, we can set up a plan to perform this for you.

Lighting Reconfiguration

Are your lights on a timer but after a month you wonder if it is too predictable? We can turn on or off new lighting configurations. Verify the light bulbs are working. Reset or change timer patterns.

Pre-Arrival Preparations

Did you unplug your refrigerator or lower your thermostat while you are gone? We can visit your home and prepare these items so their service is restored and your home is comfortable when you arrive.

Unexpected Circumstances

Rest assured knowing that you have a phone number to reach someone who can help with unexpected issues that may happen while you are gone.

• "My niece sent a package to our home but there is nobody there to pick it up."
• "A drunk driver knocked over our mailbox and its laying in on the front lawn."
• "My sister will be in town and needs to stay at our place but she doesn't have a key."

Lawn Care / Pool Care / Snow Shoveling

Our team does not directly provide Lawn, Snow or Pool Care, but we can help arrange for these services and/or inspect the results to insure they are being performed in your absence.
