Our basic service is the Keyholder Service with which we can respond to emergencies, and provide additional as-needed services. We recommend every homeowner use this service to allow us the flexibility to help you respond to emergencies and unforeseen situations. ($10/Month)

Other Visitation Trips to your home or travel tasks are assessed according the the following schedule. These would include supervised visitations, alarm resets, lockouts, storm assessments.

• Pre-scheduled Appointments ($25 plus $30/hr)
• Unscheduled Appointments:
  • Normal Business Hours ($55 plus $30/hr)
  • Off-Hour or Weekend ($75 plus $30/hr)

Mail & Package Forwarding

• $10 per shipment plus shipping costs

Snow Bird Special - $650 per year

Allow us to keep a key for you all year long. During the months from October through March we will visit and enter your property twice a month. We will flush all the toilets and run water in all the sinks. We will insure the climate within the house will prevent any freezing. Any newspapers, fliers, packages or deliveries will be brought inside your house. We will inspect inside and out reporting to you about anything unusual. Within the week prior to your return we will perform your pre-arrival tasks.

Full Service - $55 per week

With a minimum of 3 months, sign up for any combination of our basic services to be performed once every week.

Just in Case - $85 per year

A full year of us securely keeping a spare key available. "Just in case..."
